Welcome to the online store operated by Marie Meerson SAS (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as cancellations may not be possible once the order is confirmed. 

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. 

You represent that the products you purchase are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the one in effect at the time of your order and will appear in your confirmation email. 

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, handling charges, customs duties, or import taxes. 

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information and to update it as needed so we can complete your transactions. 

You confirm that your payment method is valid, that you are authorized to use it, and that you will pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

 

ARTICLE 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. 

Once products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

All content included in the Services, including trademarks, text, images, graphics, videos, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Marie Meerson SAS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all purchases are made directly with Marie Meerson SAS. 

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with us. You release Shopify from any claims or liability arising from your purchase or use of our products.

 

ARTICLE 10 – PRIVACY POLICY 

Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
