Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item to us.
Terms :
- The product must be in its original, unused condition.
- The packaging must be intact
- Original artworks (paintings, framed photographs) cannot be returned except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Procedure :
- Contact us at contact@ltdmap.com to obtain return authorization.
- Return the item to the address indicated
- The refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
